Japanese Companies hate Japanese students(Yutori generation.). They love foreign students -lost future

Japanese Companies hate Japanese students. They love foreign students.

They prefer to hire foreign students than Japanese students.

Almost 10 years ago. Japanese government introduces a more relaxed education policy(Yutori education).
The students who studies under a more relaxed education policy(Yutori education) are called Yutori generation (Yutori Sedai).
So Japanese Companies think Japanese students who are stupid and poor.

Japanese Companies love foreign students.
They think foreign students are capable because they can speak English and their mother languages and they don't study under Yutori education.

They believe they became a global company because they employee foreign students.

Japanese Companies hate Japanese engineers. They love foreign engineers, too.
Because Japanese engineers are expensive and foreign engineers are cheap.

I think Japanese makers' Core competency is capable engineers and factory labors.
But they don't think so these days.
They think development department and factory in japan are not important.
They think only head office in Tokyo can lives.

I think development department and factory in japan are capable, but head office is stupid.

Head Office think that " Profit of Japanese companies are less than foreign companies because cost of development departments and factories in japan is very expensive ".

Half is right .But It's not true.

In many companies,Cost of head office in Tokyo is double compare to that of American companies.

Profit of Japanese companies are less than foreign companies because Cost of head office in Tokyo is very expensive and they run very slowly.

This is true.
